Einstein - Lead Scoring

Why I took the time to write this down? Because I had to spend more than 15mins, 15mins ❗️ searching through the docs to get this important info (from 3 different pages), so future self, and other people that found this useful - you’re welcome!

The data requirements for Einstein to score your leads:

  • At least 1,000 leads must be created in the last 6 months.
  • Of the leads created in the last 6 months, at least 120 should be converted to an account and contact.
  • Of the leads created in the last 6 months, at least 120 should be converted to an account and contact with an opportunity created at conversion time.

Configure Einstein Lead Scoring

  1. Update Remote Site Settings to include the URL of the current org
  2. Assign the Sales Cloud Einstein Permission Set to yourself 😉
  3. Use the Assisted Setup to enable all the cool features
